GOAL OF THE COURSE
Each student will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of sport and fitness activities. Such as strength training, aerobic conditioning and sport tournaments.
DRESS
All students are expected to dress down for P.E.. Tennis shoes that do not mark the gym floor, a tee-shirt and shorts or sweats are expected.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance will be taken every day. You earn 5 points per day for attendance. If have an excused absence you can make it up by completing a make-up activity (paper work is outside Mr. Gubrud’s office). You may make up no more than 10 absences per semester. Other rules regarding attendance will follow school policy (see student handbook).
BEHAVIOR
All students are expected to heed all classroom rules posted and discussed. Use the restroom BEFORE class. Do not go or ask to go to the bathroom during class unless it is an emergency. Emergencies are rare, and will happen no more than once or twice a year for the average person. You are expected to be safe and courteous at all times. Attitude and the way you choose to treat others makes all the difference.

LOCKER ROOM
Towels need to be put in appropriate containers. Do not leave them out and keep the locker room floor clean. Clothes need to be locked in lockers.
